Our team is meticulously hand picked to fit our company. Our aim is to select instructors to work with us who hold the same ideals. We pick people who are passionate about training, imparting knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile to offer the best possible service.
We have carefully selected trainers from a wide range of backgrounds. They are currently flying and training on behalf of airlines all over the world, meaning we pair you with the exact trainer to fit your needs.

What we do well is make sure any training you receive is bespoke and customisable to you. SimPrep is not a one size fits all training provider. Our Team knows exactly how it feels to be in your shoes. As Pilots we are constantly trained, assessed, graded and checked throughout our careers. Whether it be an airline simulator assessment, licence revalidation, a command upgrade or an aircraft type change. We know the pressures involved and we are here to support you through it together. We have seen the pitfalls and made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
Most of our training facilities are located in the London Gatwick area making us extremely easy to access. The simulators, training devices and classrooms we use and operate are maintained to impeccable standards and we believe this can make a massive difference.
